My Sunday Brunch

Last Sunday I woke up very late :P. I woke up at about 12noon. It was already too late for breakfast, so I went for brunch. Brunch is a word comes from breakfast and lunch. It is usually for people who wake up very late sometimes, and would like to have a meal after they wake up.
I had tiger prawn risotto. Risotto is Italian rice. It is a little bit different from the rice we have. And as you can see from the picture, the prawn is very big! (That's why it is called Tiger prawn!)

As for Tokyo, many of you will probably think of "eating sushi". Well, you can eat sushi at Tsim Sha Tsui so perhaps we can do something more interesting in Tokyo. What do you think of these activities?

Beijing is the capital city of China. Everyone knows where Beijing is because of 2008 Olympic Games. Except seeing the Water Cube and the Bird Nest, there are many other things you can do when you visit Beijing.

In Hong Kong, it is very easy to meet very from all around the world. When we see foreigners, we usually ask, "Where are you from?"

My art lesson

Today I went into a class and join their art lesson. I had so much fun!

I am happy that the class gave me a warm welcome and students share their table paper, paint brush, paint and palette with me. Thank you very much! :)

We made a pencil stand using some carton papers. Like other students, I will have to hand-in my work on time, too!

Panda Meilan and Taishan

Recently, two pandas who live in USA returned to their homeland China. The two pandas are called Meilan (Atlanta Beauty) and Taishan (Peace Mountain).

This video shows Taishan when he was a baby. Wasn't he cute?


Taishan and Meilan did not live in the same zoo, Meilan lived in Atlanta Zoo and Taishan was in Washington. Last Thursday, Meilan took a plane from Atlanta to Washington to join Taishan, they then took a plane from Washington directly to Chengdu, China. Chengdu is the home of giant panda.


Do you know which airline did the panda take? It is FedEx, and FedEx painted an airplane (Boeing 777 freighter) with Meilan's face. Meilan and Taishan were in this special plane.
